A multi service, award winning law firm are looking for an experienced receptionist/administrator who is warm and welcoming to join their Liverpool office.
You will be working with in a small office, where you must be presentable, confident whilst supporting the legal team.
Reception duties:
* Welcome & greet clients
* Answer the phone, redirecting call and taking messages
* Keep the area presentable
* Dealing with Couriers, deliveries
Administration duties:
* Typing
* Data input
* Book meeting rooms
* Photocopying/scanning/printing
* Travel management
* Some diary management
* Banking
To be considered for this role, you must come from an office background. Legal is preferable but not essential. There is room for progression throughout your career with the firm.
