Case Handler
Job Requirement:
This role is to be based in our Prescot office on the Kings Business Park, car park available. These are weekly rotational shifts between 8am and 8pm and one in every four Saturdays 9am to 5pm with a rest day the following week.
Responsibilities:
As a Case Handler, you are responsible for the following:
- Contacting clients to discuss their claim (Inbound and outbound calls throughout the day)
- Explain our Process (Advise clients regarding our process and charges)
- Post Sign Up Pack and ensure Sign Up Pack is returned within a strict time frame
- Vetting of all information/documents before submitting to our panel Solicitors
- Accurate data input
- Achieving weekly/monthly targets
- To maintain effective working practices in a team environment ensuring that all company standards are maintained
- Responsible for continuous personal development, undertaking relevant training as and when appropriate
- Contribute suggestions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the call centre
- To be an outstanding ambassador for Pure Claims Limited and all associated companies and partners
Experience:
- Proven ability to work under pressure and deliver challenging targets
- Working to tight deadlines
- Consultative customer service experience with excellent negotiation skills

- Proven ability to deal calmly and professionally with challenging situations
