Client Services Officer (Housing)
An opportunity for a Client Services Officer to join a Housing Services organisation in the North West
The successful candidate will join the Housing and Property Services Team based in our office in Liverpool but may also be required to work from our members’ offices.
Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will play a key role in delivering high quality services to our members. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivery of housing management services including lettings, rent arrears control, void control and tenancy management
- Working closely with member organisations to maintain positive relationships and build trust
- Providing administrative support and guidance to our Member organisations
- Production of reports for members committee meetings
- Attendance at members committee meetings
This is a challenging and demanding role offering an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic, hardworking team, dedicated to providing high quality, professional services to our members.
Essential qualities include:
- Minimum of two years’ experience providing housing management services
- Experience of working with tenants groups or residents associations
- Good standard of general education, literacy and numeracy
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of housing legislation and good practice
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good IT skills
- Commitment to high standards of service delivery
- Applicants must have a full driving licence and the use of a car.
